DESCRIPTION:Hello All! \nPlease join us for the fourth session of the “Messed Up!” series! \nFor the uninitiated, the series is a live seminar series in a talk show format where our hosts Somaya Ali and Enrico Mariconti engage with fledging and established academics, and current students to discuss mistakes, failures and the less glorious aspects of academia that don’t necessarily make it into research papers. That’s right, we’re interested in failure.   \nOur guest will be Kate Bowers, the director of JDI and UCL Department of Security and Crime Science. Kate and our hosts will be discussing her experience and failures with presentations.
